Belper, biggest game for years, our support.

I think we are all agreed this is the biggest game for years, this season we have been privelaged to see a team who have given their all for us, on Saturday lets do the same for them, what we need is lots and lots of fans singing their hearts out behind the goal, at Carlton in my opinion we were to spread out, I know many have their favourite places to stand, but we really need to encourage the players, be positive for them, it's amazing what a difference it makes.
This is far from over yet but for the first time it is in our hands, so let's make sure we do all we can to help, if someone starts singing let's just join in. I am hoping the alcohol flowing will help with the vocal chords.
Apologies if people think I am giving orders etc, but the players have said just how much our vocal support helps them so let's make more noise than ever ! Can't wait !

Won't be behind the goal cause it's a crap place to stand (in my opinion) but I'll be down that sort of way hopefully. I've got a loud voice when I get going

They do have a massive long stand one one side of the pitch... Maybe occupy the one side towards the end we are shooting? Can have four rows of singers then!
If AVFC puts his flag up and with a few others we could congregate there?

The above link gives tips on vocal warm ups, I suggest you all practice a couple of times a day, we dont want anyone losing their voice do we? I do hope THE REAL NEIL will lead a couple of Yeltz favorites

The long stand down the side is all seater, there is open terracing at the Town end, behind the other goal it is just flat and open, there are a couple of covered standing areas on the side opposite the main stand. Decent club house and food bar behind main stand.

I don't think AVFCYELTZ is going as he is at a wedding (unless he decided to knock the groom out at the stag doo last week!!!) I will bring my flag and there was another flag up at Carlton last week, not sure whose it was !?
The chances are we will have loads of numbers there, far more than at Carlton but I just don't want everyone scattered about when we can have a few more together to make more noise, or we could all bring an instrument, how about bringing a piano Zee !?

Guesty how about bringing a set of drums !?

John C a didgeridoo !?

lol

Make no mistake Halesowen Town FC (that includes players, management,Committee, sponsors, supporters etc) deserves the occasion on Saturday. Its not that long since Halesowen Utd was on the verge of being entered into the league, there were many people involved in forcing out the 3 people out who pushed the club to the brink, since then there have been others who have taken HTFC forward, there are supporters who stood by the club even when we were getting 8 put past us at home, there are new supporters who have helped push the club on WE ALL DESERVE IT!.
Win lose or draw on Saturday lets make it one big party,EVERYBODY get you arse to Belper, make as much noise as possible for the lads, give them one last push.

I can't be there, but happy for my flag to be there if anyone wants to collect it, you'll need a rucksake to carry it in though!
