Permutations!

Post by RaidenYeltz » 16 Apr 2014, 10:33

All scenarios include Yeltz winning away at Carlton Saturday. Thought it'd be interesting to see how it could potentially look going into the final week of the season.

Scenario1;

Leek win tonight.
Leek and Coalville draw.

Halesowen P39 - 88points
Coalville P38 - 84 points
Leek P38 - 83 points.

Scenario 2;

Leek win tonight.
Coalville win.

Halesowen P39 - 88points
Coalville P38 - 86 points
Leek P38 - 82 points

Scenario 3;

Leek win tonight and then on Saturday.

Halesowen P39 - 88points
Leek P38 - 85 points
Coalville P38 - 83 points

Scenario 4;

Leek lose tonight then win Saturday.

Halesowen P39 - 88points
Coalville P38 - 83 points
Leek P38 - 82 points

I'm guessing Raiden has some time on his hands ;-). Interesting though, most of these scenarios give us a great chance of winning the league.

The worst scenario is if Leek win both tonight and on Saturday / Leek win tonight & lose to Coalville, would more or less guarantee 2nd place - should we win both remaining games.

Ideally we want Carlton to play out of their skins tonight and leave it all out on the pitch leaving little for Saturday, and we don't want a Coalville win on Saturday under any circumstance.
Let's hope it's the title, but if it proves to be play-offs, need to finish 2nd to avoid Belper first up.

Obviously don't want play offs but as been said get 2nd play Mickleover as it would be nice to have round 2 with their goalkeeper, on our own patch though this time ;)

Round 3...he got abused at the home time too and gave it back the same as he did at their place. Top bloke.
