Beat you to it again, Stoksie. :)
Predict away.

For me, sogged off - yet again - in order to preserve the pitch for The Wheeltappers and Shunters U7's Charity Shield semi-final replay there on Wednesday ::)

Let's hope it's called earlier than last time if that's the case.

It's one thing raising revenue by having a lot of fixtures, but quite another if the first team suffers, and they still have the majority of games to play at home.

England will be home from Brazil before the season ends at this rate.

2-0 Tonks and Ben, however, just noticed as well as Saturday's game against Chasetown they played a ladies game on their yesterday, so let's hope it wasn't to the detriment of the pitch.

Maybe I'm just getting cynical in my dotage.

From pictures on the Chasetown local rag site, the Dronfield pitch looked relatively good. Difficult to judge a lot from still images, our pitch looks brilliant from our great photos! Lets hope the fact it holds water so well means it won't be a dust bowl bouncing all over the place

Any reports of heavy watering of Sheffield pitch or confirmation it is on. ;)

See you there.

Also the choral society from Mickleover will be there to provide atmosphere. Please do join in?
Lets get behind the team from the kick off.

Voice saving mode over. ;D

It's been a batters paradise across the country in the cricket. I'm sure if they can play cricket let alone in excellent batting condition, we can play a game of football! :D
