Supporters Consultation Group?

Having seen a number of threads over the last couple of weeks or so aimed at improving the atmosphere and attendance at the Grove might I be so bold as to make a suggestion?
Cards on the table, I'm very much a 'newbie' if you like at the Grove, having been a recent convert from the greed league. I don't really know much about the dark years from a few years ago nor do I remember the glory days of Wembley either. The comments I will make though are sincere, and I have no intention of treading on any toes as I know there are many people involved with Halesowen Town FC who give their time willingly for free.
A comment was made on another thread about the fan base and how many of them were fans of many years who go every week and have done for years. The percentage was estimated at 45% being pensioners with the assumption that many of them wouldn't know how to switch on a PC, and use the internet. So, just how exactly do Halesowen gather their thoughts on the club? I read also that a crowd of 600 was present when a now Scottish International scored at The Grove, these fans must still be around. Whilst improved performances on the pitch will obviously bring in more fans it is imperative that we try to find out the views from those fans who don't log on here.
So, this leads me onto my main point. Would it be possible that we as fans, fans of old, and new fans like me can come together with the sole aim to be to benefit Halesowen Town?
Maybe we as fans, could all be asked a series of questions about the club, how we as a community can help it to move forwards further. If every fan who came through the turnstiles on Saturday completed a short survey this could be taken to the club, and then shared with all fans, maybe in the programme and local media?
I'm happy to produce a survey, pay for the printing and collate the responses, maybe people would like to suggest questions?
As I mentioned at the top of my post, I don't want to be thought of as a 'Johnny come lately', nor tread on any persons toes or be involved in the politics every organisation. I just want to help by getting more people through the gate.
Thoughts welcome...
