Thank You

Post by SFlower13 » 07 Jul 2013, 19:27

It has been suggested to me that I need a change of scenery and to be playing more football, and as such I haven't been asked to return to Halesowen Town for the coming season.
I'd just like to thank everyone involved with the club over the last 4 seasons; all the managers, players, staff, volunteers and fans, for making it a brilliant experience.
I'd liked to have played more games than I did, and not played through a relegation, but I've still enjoyed every bit of it.
Don't want to get too sentimental or nostalgic, but it's been good.
Hopefully, I'll be back at some point in the future. Good luck to the lads for the season.

Cheers,
Simon Flower.

You have been VERY loyal to Halesowen Town, always involved in whatever is going on, one of the first to turn up for training, games both home and away and deserve a chance to play on a regular basis. NOBODY at HTFC your can question commitment. I wish you the very best for the future and hope we see you at the Grove again either playing or just visiting.

Thank you Simon for being part of our football club and thanks to your Mom for all the help she has given the club.

Good luck, Simon. You are a rare example of loyalty - if only there were more around with your attitude and commitment. Whoever you play for they have got an excellent 'keeper, and a "jolly fine chap!" ;)

Yes good luck Simon. Can we have some of our mud\earth back off your track suit bottoms please.
I bet it is because we can't afford to keep losing so much earth when you were warming up and at half time.

You will be better off between the posts than getting splinters on our bench. ;)
