Newcastle Brown Ale 1 Yeltz 2

own goal & Ben

Crowd 85 (30+ Yeltz) + Noggin & Dave (because they can take their running boots and train at the same time on the running track around the pitch).

Isn't it a cycling track? I couldn't quite tell from the images...

Definitely a cycling track from the shape and lane markings

Incidentally, I saw the other day that Dave is in top 10 in terms of numbers of appearences in the Birmingham Cross Country League, one of the oldest and most prestigious leagues in the world with a total of 107 races. Given that there are only 4 races per year this is an outstanding feat. Two others in the top 10 are Bill and Andy, the Nock brothers of Halesowen (for anyone that knows them)

It is a cycling track, my mate's been there.

Hmmm, does this mean I have to get my Bi-nocu-lars out?

Distant relatives of Sir Harry Rudge, I believe.

I was at school with them. Great to hear they're still running.
