As we can't even get down the pub this afternoon, let alone watch any footie, I couldn't help but notice that two Northern League teams are yet again in the semi finals of the Vase.
As this is a league where only in exceptional years a team accepts promotion into the NPL, does anybody think that they are competing unfairly in the Vase?
The catchment area covers a vast area of the North where statistically there must be the availability of better class players, who continue to play at level 5.

Anybody care to enter the debate ?

(Oh God, please don't give me any more blank Saturdays, I think I'm turning into an anorak !!! ) :o
