Absolutely. I was critical of the club last season - this 'pick them up from behind the bar' just seemed so amateur and clunky. Particularly for those who don't drive or live near the club. So the club have done well here!

Was that the one where if you didn’t have an online ticket you had to go into a queue for the ticket office to then rejoin the queue to actually get in thus missing the entertainment on the pitch
