Despite the distance, I would guess it will be Marske's biggest crowd of the season, although highly unlikely that
it will beat their record of nearly 1,500 when Darlington played in February.
They average just over 175 for their 5 home league games so far - highest 216 v Whitley Bay.

I think/hope it will be too cold for you to bother to be wearing your swimming trunks JohnC!

more to the point from my point of view is what refreshments are available and are they nice!

It's nice to see the Marske supporter on the being so confident, and why wouldn't he be with their form and home advantage.
We're not a bad side either though so it should be a good game. I would imagine we'll take a good following up there as well so plenty of vocal support will lift our lads. I'd happily take a draw and bring them back to the Grove for a midweek replay.

We have Ben, we're a danger.
No doubt a tough game. Away, distance, facing a side un-beaten. I'd take a draw now and get them at the Grove.
Saying that, like I say as long as we've got Haseley we'll always be in a game.

I think the point of loads are talking about it, in fact the forum has been buzzing this season is what has done it for me, been a while since there has been excitement including the end of last season.
I am quietly confident (although I have just said it !) the players will go out there hungry, the fans want it and I just think it's going to be this cup run that brings more people through the turnstiles back to a few years ago, this is our time after all the rubbish, we can really make this happen and kick on ! Let's get it on !
