HTFC1873 LTD was only registered on 19th September 2016.
It's nature of business has been put as:
49390 - Other passenger land transport
77120 - Renting and leasing of trucks and other heavy vehicles
And it's owner is:
Lynch, Steven
If you click on Steve's name, it shows all posts he has held and an overlapping time frame for Eastwood and Halesowen over a couple of years
Read into that what you will.
Thanks for that! Just the two companies then!
One relates to operation of sports facilities and the other relates to licensed bars.

Halesowe News in their reporting of this matter insist on referring to the club as "Hales" - I'm sure that this infuriates others too.
Pedantic - certainly not - just angry that they don't use our traditional name!

they do this in every report about us it's just something they suddenly started doing I'm no idea why and it is indeed a little irritating!

A quote from Steve back in 2011:
Not that he will bring a quick fix. He is no sugar-daddy – “I’ve got a tenner in my pocket at the moment, and it might need a bit more than that,” said Lynch – and is not about to promise miracles.
But it’s about planning for the future, involving the community, and persuading the fans who left the club under the toxic regime of Morell M**s*n and the Ingrams to return.
“I’m here to look after the club, not make money from it,” said Lynch.
“I might be here for five years, ten years, 15 years but however long I’m here the club will still be going when I’m gone.
“That’s the important thing. The priority is to bring some stability.
“The first thing is build a proper foundation.
“It needs to be built from the bottom up.
“I know about the tradition of the club. It has had a few problems in recent years but there’s still a feeling about the club.
“I wanted a challenge. It’s certainly that but I’m looking forward to it.”

Let's go with the 5 year option
And it doesn't mention handing it over to a reputable owner and not some dodgy bloke selling second hand jacket potatoes in a layby in Hasbury

I think it's their house style as they seem to do it for all local teams, regardless of sport. Agreed, it's a bit of an irritant, but on the scale of issues facing us at the moment, it ranks about # 1000

Probably why theyre reporting on Lye so often!!! No letters to save ink on.
Well. The cynic in me would suggest that these charges have been in the background for some months. I wonder if this is the reason we haven't pushed on and bought players.... In the knowledge we're likely to lose points there's no sense in signing players that will likely leave or get relegated.
Mind you, im not entirely sure we have any finance whatsoever.

The reporter is probably a St###ridge Town fan
