Whilst I am not a fan of the BBC, in fairness to them you should realise that this was independent radio
Sit corrected as I don't listen to it, Radio 2 is my cup of tea( at my age) and five live to and from away travel.

I can't see the problem with this at all, yes Colin Murray, Talksport or any of them may not be your cup of tea, but at least the HTFC name is getting out there? Just because a few people here don't listen to the station, it doesn't mean that nobody else does.

Yes they may have taken the P**s a little, but who cares, i thought Colin handled it brilliantly! I Think he got the idea of what was going on and portrayed the club brilliantly.

Lets hope some people that listend come to the match.

Wouldn't it be nice for 5live or WM to do a feature to help non league clubs such as ourselves? Probably too busy with the premier league (which i might add is already covered enough)

I don't think the interview was bad at all, Next time shall we say no thank you, we don't want to appear on your immature popular show?

Yes, of course we should take every opportunity to put the club's name into the national arena - my gripe is that OUR Colin wasn't allowed enough time to talk about the game. Instead, the banal witterings of the "presenters"(?) took precedence - I suppose if that is the way it is, then so be it. :(

Just listened to the interview expecting something dire, yet it was nothing of the sort. We know that the show is light hearted and i thought we came out of it really well. It would be interesting to know how many of the extra 150 there today came on the back of hearing it.

Thanks Guesty for organising that. I thought it was great to hear the Yeltz having five minutes on Talksport personally. I have been privileged enough to have appeared on radio a few times and it never works out quite as you would wish. You always go in hoping to say something relevant but you are dependant on the presenter asking the questions that you hope they ask and the time available etc. I think Colin Murray is actually a very good presenter and it is virtually impossible for a national radio station to actually research every single person that they are interviewing. They will have had a general background and I can't really see in any way how the interview was a bad thing.
