I'd suggest a few 'extras' are turning up for that. We only got 800 at HOME on Saturday!old git wrote: ↑05 Sep 2023, 20:15Sold out well before 8 … 800 allocatedMichaelGrove wrote: ↑05 Sep 2023, 14:51Tickets sorted.
Steady stream of fans at The Grove getting them. On sale until 8 pm today with no plans for further sale dates as they may sell out today (Any idea how many we’ve been allocated, I forgot to ask)![]()

Re: No 9 Derby
Not sure about extras, we’d get more than that at home on a Tuesday I’d think. Blues, West Brom and Walsall all played at 3 pm on Saturday which would have impacted Saturdays attendance.

Re: No 9 Derby
From memory there’s normally about 1500 in a competitive no9 derby game at the cricket club. So there’s a good chance we might have the majority support(my memory is rubbish so this might be a completely pointless post

Previous attendances at Stourbr*dge CC away league matches in the last 10 years:-
26th December 2014 - 1,642
26th December 2015 - 1,813
19th September 2016 - 1,575
7th October 2017 - 2,306
28th August 2018 - 1,733
And I think that's both correct and all there is.........

Agreed, but with an average attendance at Stour around the 750 mark , and only those able to buy ticket does that mean we will outnumber them ?MichaelGrove wrote: ↑06 Sep 2023, 19:03This is a smart move by the clubs and the police…

Good point, possibly. It does though go a long way to stopping random trouble makers being at the game and from their sales the Police will have access to every name and address.
I imagine for the fixture at The Grove in January only people who have previously purchased Stourbr*dge tickets from their website will be able to buy away tickets too.
I’m just hoping it all goes well and is a great advert for non-league football (that we win, obvs)
