Why would we slag off our hero !? The point is OVERALL it's been a good season, yes the last third was poor, and the first part of the season was, but that was because we were finding our feet in a higher league.

I just don't think you grasp what as you put it "The Happy Clappers" are saying.

There is a way to put things and some of you haven't got a clue how to offer constructive criticism, merely say this is crap, that is crap and that is the end of it. In other words look at the bigger picture as to what as been achieved, like what John Hill has said over the last 2 seasons.

I wasn't going to say anything but this is a complete joke. You are quite right, there is a way of putting things. The more doubtful people might be able to post more constructime posts if people didn't insult them every time.

I don't think you "grasp" the fact that the people who aren't "happy clappers" dont like being insulted for not really saying anything that extreme.

Maybe "The Happy Clappers" as you "Long Faced Whiners" put it, have been pleased with the last 2 and a half seasons, and can see the progress that has been made.

I have never insulted and I never would, and I will say it again I will read and listen to anyone's opinion, but I just wonder what some of your posts would have been like if we had got relegated !

But tell me what I have actually said that is so much more extreme than anybody else? I posted agreeing with what Raiden put after a game. I got called a c$$t. I posted nothing worse than anybody else put after the last game and got told nobody liked me. There is without question a huge difference between how the "happy clappers" treat the "pessimistic posse" and vice versa. With the exception of the fitness thing earlier in the season I haven't posted anything being any more critical than anybody else in reality. The only thing I haven't done is said how marvellous we are

It's all a bit pointless now. I've said my piece over the course of last season. It has now gone.

All said and done, 11th is a position I'm delighted with. We all know and most importantly, John Hill seems to know, where we went wrong and in what areas we need to improve upon.

We can sit and argue all pre-season about run of form, tit for tat etc but the record books will show we finished 11th the season after winning the title. A lot better than Belper but no where near as good as Curzon - two other teams who came up with us.

I for one can not wait for next season now where I expect a firm play off push.
