Close, but no. The picture of Dot presenting the Player of the Year trophy to Jimmy Rodwell is 95/6 and they're wearing a slightly different shirt - the collar and sponsor's logo are different.

How long did they used to keep home shirts for? Was it for two seasons or were they changed every year? That could also have an impact on the year if they kept the home shirt for two seasons.

Could do with finding a team photo from 94/95 and 95/96 as well.

They changed most years if memory serves. I've got a draw full of them at home.
Anyone with copies of RTR to hand may be able to help. Kieron used to take quite a few pics and publish them in there. And not just ones of me stuck in Postman Pat rides at Gordano Services...

Surely HH and Andy can get up the loft for this one?

I've got all the shirts of the 90s, the problem is, they're in a bag (up said loft) and I didn't label them with a year per shirt (which is quite unforgiveable for my normal 'anal' self.........no comments please.......... :P )

Does this link help? Or just make it even more difficult...........

In other news though, I did get a photograph taken outside every ground I went to between 1994 and 1996 wearing the appropriate shirt. So that may help, I've got to find those photographs though.............and seek counselling..............

I've come across this squad photo in Dot's folder and I think it's 1995/96.

I would go for the shirt we're trying to solve as the change shirt the following season

According to the team photo it shows this picture as the team photo from 1994/95 (unless that's incorrect) however seeing as though you're saying the picture of Dot is from 1995/96 and we started playing in black and yellow from 96/97 then that would more or less confirm that the shirt in question must have been an away shirt....

The mystery goes on....
