I just hope this is the last season in which Sutton Coldfield and Sporting Khalsa are our Bank Holiday derby opponents.

Two early away matches against newly promoted clubs.

The same promotion rules apply this season; the champions and the play-off winners from places two to five go up. However for relegation, the bottom two go down and the teams finishing third and fourth bottom will play off against a runner up from Step 5 in a match to avoid the drop.

Hadn't quite realised, Harborough Town, Gresley Rovers and Hinckley LRFC have all been promoted from United Counties last season. It was split in to two divisions (North and South). So they can't all be brilliant, surely???
