It does. If he's on contract, and it's a loan, he can only play for Lye during the period of the loan.
If he's non contract, and its dual reg, he can play for both clubs as and when he and they please.

I'm not criticising the lad, he's still young and may have a good future, but as it stands he made no improvement to an already poor side.
