I'd say shithole, but a nice shithole nonetheless
Do you still kick uphill both halves?

The Old Moat Ground will always have a fond memory for us since 23rd April 1983 when Les Prosser scored his wonder goal just 1 week before our first ever Wembley appearance.

Uphill, downhill on one side, it's like a surface from old nintendo game marble madness. We're trying to get things into place for a new ground (where I hope we transfer the pitch, it has to be an advantage knowing that you can't kick it down one side near to the flank because it rolls out regardless) but yeah, it's "our" shithole

From the Gasboys forum:
"I see Halesowen have been shunted across to the NPL First Division South"
don't you love 'em?

Our old friends at Grisley Rovers.
All 'round Westy's for tea and buns afterwards.

Me too, nearly wet my pants when I looked at the teams in our new league!
Chasetown & Sutton Coldfield nutter colleagues at work too, some proper banter will be going down!
For anyone that may be confused, Sutton & Romulus share the same ground

Tea, buns and shooting! It can be a bit rough round here as I was once advised by a less travelled neighbour. He'd clearly never had a night out in Cradley Heath
I've booked the waiters to drive us home from the curry shop. And the doms are all doubles>
Currently working on Mrs Westy to evacuate the women and children for the weekend. Just need the date really.
I'm looking forward to revisiting the cood old days.
