In the names of Karen Brookes and Kevin Ford.

Should we be worried by the “AFC”?
I would hope that it is a means of drawing a clean line under the existing ownership although it presumably means that the "golden share" will have to be re-allocated, which knowing the FA, will take an extended period of time. I would not read any significance into the name at this point, it is the name of a company, not a football club

Did anyone ever find out what HTFC1873 was? Lynch (I believe) stated it was nothing to do with the club. From memory it was down as a vehicle based company.

I personally would be totally against the idea of 'afc' club due to the great history of our club, and any update on the takeover?Having donated to the justgiving page i'd like to see that go towards something(im sure im not the only one). In my honest opinion we should be snapping Lynch's hand off for 50k for a club of our size and with the amazing fanbase we do have.

It would give credence to the AFC business, sadly.

Is there any fact to back this up, or is it pure conjecture due to the protracted legalities in finalising the Brookes/McKenna deal?
