Is getting a move to the Northern League Div 1 South a realistic proposition? It's looking likely that at least one of Evesham and Redditch are going to relegated from the Premier which, I'm guessing, would increase the likelihood of staying put.
This is one for those in the know, but does the club want to move? And for everyone else - would you fancy it? I know I would...

I believe the club want to move.
It would be beneficial in many ways.
Less mileage, ability to retain players who can't travel as much, potential for more away fans etc...

A request letter was sent to the FA last week. We will find out in may/June after it has gone to the FA panel for consideration

Re: Next season
Apparently, according to sources who've read it in the Stourport programme last week (at their last home match), Abingdon are likely to pull out of our division and thus give the Swifts a reprieve. So not so good for our attempts to get out of this division unless they substitute Evesham or Redditch for us.......... ho hum, the FA will make their own mind up there's bugger all we can do about it.

This was also being talked about at the Causeway - Heath Hayes match a couple of weeks ago.
Would Westfields getting promoted from Midland Alliance help our case?

I've also noticed that we're the most northern team - by some distance - in our current division
