Club Shop?

I wanted to buy a top from the club shop today and i was told that I can only buy them online from now on. I never buy online as I'm never at home to have deliveries and I thought the idea of a shop was that you could buy things from it?

Sorry for the problems you had yesterday. Could you tell me what item it was you wanted ?
For anything that is online exclusive we are able to take your order at the ground and process it ourselves but will need payment up front.
