the woes of the Capital One Cup

Here is a track from my latest album. I'd like to dedicate it to ANDY , Johnnie BUD and anyone else who still admits to being a bluenose. For copyright reasons I can re-produce an abridged version. Its called:
I GUESS THATS WHY THEY CALL THE BLUES>
I guess thats why they call them SKY bLUES,
VILLA and COVENTRY thro
Who dump blues in the poo
Villa fans beat the drum
We're the top side in Brum
I hope blues succumb
And travel right through
And I guess thats why they call them the blues.

I guess that why they call them the blues
Villa in the next round
Deservedly too
Villa fans we wont frown
when blues go right down
you deserve that low niche
For giving us McLeish
But now he has gone
We are left some peace
And I guess thats why they call you the blues.

I hope you all like it!

Ken, firstly you have too much time on your hands. Secondly, prepare the next verse for your forthcoming relegation.Thirdly, LLL stop encouraging him, he's bad enough as it is. ::)

Andy, I'm sorry for the late reply but I haven't had much time on my hands lately what with preparing for the next round which we are in, unlike your lot who are not, although your spare time will be taken up by the extra matches you will have due to your relegation to Div 1. Regarding a verse of relegation I think you made a mistake in the side who it will concern as I think your lot are more likely candidates than the mighty VILLA but I suppose you've been listening to that papcan with the long blonde hair who used to play for you.

Sometimes KenR I think you're a little harsh on the Small Heathens and not true to your LL upbringing. A verse for relegation. Surely not, perhaps administration/liquidation....
