Re: Solihull Moors
What is their situation ownership/moneywise? They were nothing sides as Moor Green and Solihull Borough. Their gates are still poor and their ground is average at best. I know the Blues have had reserve and Ladies sides playing there but that alone would not make such s massive financial difference surely.

I know that they went full time in the summer - I think that was cited as the reason why Kristian Green left - but I've no idea where the money is coming from.

Very kind to describe it as average Andy ... it was always a bit small but when they got into the National Leage they fulfilled the minimum seat quota by sticking mostly uncovered oddball sections all around the ground, whilst in the process taking up a lot of what was already small standing sectionsandy wrote: ↑13 Feb 2019, 10:34What is their situation ownership/moneywise? Very true. I wonder if they have any plans to accept promotion should they achieve it. Surely the ground would be nowhere near good enough.old git wrote: ↑13 Feb 2019, 16:41Very kind to describe it as average Andy ... it was always a bit small but when they got into the National Leage they fulfilled the minimum seat quota by sticking mostly uncovered oddball sections all around the ground, whilst in the process taking up a lot of what was already small standing sectionsandy wrote: ↑13 Feb 2019, 10:34What is their situation ownership/moneywise? Solihull's ground is next door to Jaguar Land Rover and several sources have previously commented that the football club makes a decent income from hiring out facilities (such as car parking) to JLR.

Christ alive. All this on attendances of one man and a dog compared to other side's. Must have some heavy investors.
