Sky sports News are running a story declaring that Salisbury city have appointed the youngest manager in the English game at 28. Is Liam Macdonald at Redditch not younger?

I don't know how old Liam is but I think they are saying the new bloke at Salisbury is the youngest at a 'pro' club.

Are they only counting Conference and higher?

Probably yes. But it just irritated me slightly that it said in the English Game once again these media outlets seem to have forgotten about nonleague football apart from when there is a good cup run for somebody or there are severe problems at a club! Anyhow that's the way it is I suppose!
