More sad news has reached me today. So soon after Vernon Bissell’s passing, I have today been told that Kevin Bissell has also passed away.
Kevin was a life long Halesowen Town Football Club supporter and served as a committee member for several years.
My thoughts are with his family and friends.

Kevin Bissell proudly guarding the Beazer Homes (Southern League) Midland Division championship trophy at Grantham on Saturday, 5th May 1990. Halesowen won promotion and clinched the title at their two previous games at Spalding and Willenhall. This photo was taken at Grantham's old ground on London Road (shared with the cricket club) near the town centre and the game ended 0-0. As noted elsewhere, Kevin's funeral is at 11am on Tuesday, 14th December at Our Lady and St Kenelm Church.
